Wissahickon Brewing Company Store Policy 


Refunds & Exchanges

Any items purchased that arrive damaged are eligible for a full refund or exchange. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item(s) and provide us with a photo and description of the damages (Examples - broken glass, ink stained shirt etc.) and send an email to luke@wissahickonbrew.com. We will ship or refund within 2 - 5 business days of receiving the damage email and provide a new tracking number for the replacement delivery. Any Item that is reported damaged after the 30 day period is no longer eligible for a refund but may still be eligible for an exchange. 

If the wrong size of clothing is ordered, we cannot issue refunds but exchanges can be made with additional shipping fees applied. 

We understand that there may be scenarios that fall outside of these policy guidelines so feel free to contact us with any issues and we will happily review the order. 

Gift Cards

Gift cards and Wooden Nickels are only redeemable in person at the Wissahickon Brewing Co Tasting Room in Philadelphia, PA. Must be 21 years or older to purchase alcohol at our location. 

Shipping Zones 

We offer shipping to anywhere in the United States at the standard USPS rate with handling fees applied. For any items shipped outside of the united states, international fees apply. Please enter a secure and trusted address for all shipments.
